Here at P.K.S. we study the art of motion.

The art of P.K.S. uses concepts that we draw from many different methods. The methods are broke down into what I call the alphabet. Like an alphabet, there are drills (letters) that teach skills for a given response to a given motion. These drills then are linked together to form a chain of motion, like the alphabet having a set number of elements(26), can make words. We train these drills at first in a pattern. Then, I will show you how to change the arrangement to fit the need. Then, like learning to spell words you will learn how to make a sentance and you will be able to have a (physical) conversation with a(physical) opponent. Like a conversation it can be soft or loud. The very words of self defense means "self defense" by this I mean, use only the force needed to defend yourself and no more. If you have the skills to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones you should have the compassion to stop when you have defended yourself or defeated your opponent(s). The system of P.K.S. is based on multiple opponents and is not used in a ring, it is not a sport(M.M.A.), it is a method of martial self defense.
